In a world of average food outlets of which the Sunshine Coast is renowned for Coco’s stands out as a shining light. Nestled in the heart of Currimundi beach lies an oasis of great food and good vibes. The service we received was nothing short of exemplary and the food was exceptional. They have the obligatory fish and chips expertly cooked, healthy shakes and dreamy citron tarte’s to name just some of lovely things on offer. The merlo coffee was amazing and the cleanliness was a welcome surprise compared to other places we visited. The staff were very polite too which also left us taken aback as many are run by lethargic teens who find communication an inconvenience. We loved our experience on the many occasions we visited. Fantastic!

We’ve been coming here since 2003, and seen the changeover of ownership just make it better and better. It’s a great spot on our coast, almost a sneaky little hideaway favoured by locals. But Coco’s has served the area well. Now expanded onto the pavement making it bigger and better. The food was good and beautifully presented although with one suggestion…the hash brown was so hard and tasteless, it could be so much nicer if homemade and fresh…But we would still go back, for sure. Great value for money.

A hidden gem of the sunshine coast. With beach views and plenty of shade, you will almost definitely enjoy having breakfast or lunch here. I had a birthday lunch here and it Coco’s did not disappoint! The burgers are MASSIVE, tasty, and great value. There was plenty of sun, a nice breeze, and plenty of beach flora around. There’s an occasional ibis bird floating around but unless you’re pedantic it shouldn’t cause you any trouble!

This place is definitely a hidden gem! I've come here twice in the last 2 weeks, and both times have been impressive, and well worth the drive (2 hour drive from me)! Simple menu and easy to read, food presentation is impressive and appetising. Ordered the chicken schnitzel and bacon burger for lunch, which came with a large serving of chips. The burger was very large, well cooked and presented, and worth the price. Also came for breakfast another week and ordered the bagel. Generously served with a thick layer of avocado and perfectly cooked poached eggs. Waitresses were very friendly as well. Will definitely be back!
